Overview

Frank Bernardino brings more than 30 years of experience working on Florida water and natural resources management issues to his position at Arrow Group. 

Previously the managing member of the WREN Group Inc. — a water resources and environmental consulting company, serving both public and private clients — he applies knowledge of the environment that is derived from years of field experience. He worked as a research assistant and principal investigator on studies of the amphibians and reptiles found at Everglades National Park. 

Frank’s policy experience includes wetland planning and regulatory work at Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management as well as lobbying for the South Florida Water Management District. In December 2004, Florida Senate President Ken Pruitt presented Frank with the prestigious Medallion of Excellence “for his dedicated service in protecting Florida’s natural resources.” Widely recognized as one of the most effective lobbyists in Tallahassee, he is best known for his work in securing funding support for water management initiatives that have enabled local governments to accelerate their implementation of key water supply, water quality and environmental restoration projects.
