Arrow Group Senior Advisor Alex Kernan will be featured as a panelist in an upcoming webinar hosted by Gunster titled “Understanding the Impact of Trump’s Executive Orders.” In his first months in office, President Trump has issued numerous presidential actions targeting energy, environmental, and administrative policies. These actions could significantly disrupt federal environmental regulations, ongoing environmental litigation, and policy administration. It is crucial for the regulated community to understand the substance, legal effects, and future implications of these executive actions.
Panelists including Alex Kernan and members of Gunster’s environmental team will discuss the early executive actions of the Trump Administration as they relate to environmental regulation, energy policy, and the administrative state. Attendees will be provided with a comprehensive analysis of the Administration’s early policy statements and the processes by which they may be effectuated.
Panelists will address:
- Relevant executive orders issued in the first two months of the Trump Administration;
- The legal effect of executive orders in relation to existing laws, regulations, and litigation;
- Potential future implications these actions have on environmental policy, permitting and compliance, and administrative procedure.
