Tallahassee, FL – May 5, 2025 – Arrow Group is pleased to announce a new addition to its team, Senior Advisor Glenton “Glen” Gilzean Jr.
Gilzean joins Arrow Group with a distinguished career advocating for underserved youth and families. This includes his work founding the educational nonprofit Educate Today, which he grew into an organization serving hundreds of children across Florida, and serving as Vice President of Advocacy and Community Affairs at Step Up for Students. In 2019, Gilzean was named one of Central Florida’s CEOs of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal for his leadership of the Central Florida Urban League. He has received eight gubernatorial appointments throughout his career by Governors Rick Scott and Ron DeSantis, served as Chairman for the Florida Commission on Ethics, and is a fellow of the James Madison Institute and member of the American Enterprise Institute leadership network.

Gilzean holds an M.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of South Florida’s Center of Entrepreneurship and a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of South Florida.
